  • you’re a homeowner with a mortgage held for more than nine months
  • you’re over 20
  • your home is worth at least £40,000
  • your gross household annual income is over £20,000
  • you’re employed, self-employed or retired
  • you’re a UK resident (or have indefinite leave to stay)
